All sales are final unless required by law or approved by ModelPush.

Subscriptions, credit packs, featured placements, and marketplace fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by ModelPush. You acknowledge and accept this at checkout.
What this is not
We do not claim that chargebacks are impossible. You retain any rights available to you under your card network or payment provider and under applicable law. We maintain records of every transaction, dispute, and chargeback for compliance and fraud review.
Digital goods & immediate access
Credits and entitlements are delivered immediately and consumed when you unlock a profile or use a feature. Because value is delivered on purchase, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
Disputes, fraud & admin overrides
We review disputes and may, at our sole discretion, issue goodwill credits or, in limited cases, refunds through the original payment provider. Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.
Failed and recurring payments
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. A failed renewal may pause entitlements. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
