Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding agreement to use ModelPush.
What ModelPush is — and is not
ModelPush is a professional marketplace and software platform connecting consensual adult creators with agencies, plus tools for S4S and paid promotion. ModelPush is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any agreement reached between users. We do not employ, represent, or take ownership of any person.
Accounts & verification
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you submit. We may require identity, platform, or business verification and may suspend accounts that fail review.
Payments
Fees, subscriptions, and credits are described at checkout and governed by our No-Refund Policy. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected method.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Content Policy and applicable law. Prohibited conduct may result in removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelPush disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing here is legal advice.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
